Book your date & pay a 50% deposit. After you have checked with us to make sure the date is available, complete this online form and pay your deposit. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and can be applied to a future date.  We order items we need once your deposit is paid and our staff starts on the design process.

We have a very busy schedule and once the deposit is paid we take the date off of the schedule and immediately start planning for your event ( ordering, researching, getting items together) When you cancel at the last minute, we have given up other opportunities to book this date and have spent time planning your event. If you cancel before the date of your event, you can receive a credit for any of our services. If you cancel within 1 week you will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel the day of the event, unfortunately we will not be able to provide a credit for you as we would have already decorated and staffed your event. Thanks for understanding. Please sign.
